College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources major from Durham her University of Missouri experience.
Lesleighan Kraft loves two things: teaching and floriculture.
Kraft is a sophomore majoring in agricultural education from Durham, Mo., where she grew up on a family farm.
“When I first met Lesleighan it was evident that her passion for agriculture was tremendous, and at the least inspiring to those who surrounded her,” said Rachel Longan, a sophomore agricultural education major and Lesleighan’s close friend.
While in high school, Kraft connected to the agriculture industry through FFA; but she was involved with much more than just that. Marching band, student council, Students Against Destructive Decisions, and art club all found a place in her busy schedule.
Lesleighan’s interests have helped guide her at Tiger Garden, the floral shop on campus, in the agriculture building where she is currently the student manager.
