Notice of Execution of Property Lease
305 Keene St., Columbia, Mo.
The University of Missouri executed a lease of property at 305 Keene St., Columbia, Mo. from Keene II, LLC on Dec. 29, 2004 for the period of 10 years. The lease execution will be at an annual cost of $88,690, plus a proportionate share of building expenses, estimated at $12,036. The University will have the option of extending the lease for two additional five-year terms, with CPI adjustments every five years. This lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its Nov. 18, 2004 meeting.
