Lot 8, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo.
The University issued a deed on Feb 21, 2006 for sale of Lot 8, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo. On Feb. 4, 2005 the University of Missouri Board of Curators authorized the sale of lots at the Missouri Research Park to tenants with long term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases. Lot 8 was sold to Nike IHM, Inc., f/k/a Tetra Plastics, Inc. for $2,669.
