The University of Missouri closed June 16, 2005 on the purchase of property located at 101-103 W. 14th Street, 1305 N. Elm Street, and 1303 N. Elm Street, Rolla, Mo. The purchase was approved by the University of Missouri Board of Curators at its May 26, 2005 meeting. The property was purchased from James Matthew Scott for $520,000.
