The University of Missouri closed on the purchase of 205 Portland Street, Columbia, Mo., on July 1, 2009, for the University of Missouri-Columbia. The University of Missouri Board of Curators authorized this purchase at their June 5, 2009, meeting. The property was purchased from The Lemone Family Limited Partnership LLLP and Daniel Boone Land Company for $2,350,000.
