The University of Missouri closed April 27, 2006 on the sale of Lot 5, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo. The sale was authorized by the UM Board of Curators at its Feb. 4, 2006 meeting. The property was sold to MRP Properties, LLC for $1,000.
