University of Missouri Board of Curators
The University of Missouri Board of Curators Executive Committee will hold two meetings at 9 a.m., CDT, and 11 a.m., CDT, Thursday, July 16, 2009, originating in University Hall Conference Room 321, Columbia, Mo., and at remote locations via conference telephone. The first meeting will be to consider approval of the issuance of System Facilities Revenue Bonds Series 2009A (Build America Bonds). The second meeting will be to consider approval of the issuance of System Facilities Revenue Bonds Series 2009B (tax exempt). These issuances were approved by the Board of Curators at its meeting on June 5, 2009, subject to the action of the Executive Committee to approve the final terms of the financing. Both meetings will be open.
